Each project is completely different and requires a custom approach, so your actions and timings will differ.
We have a set amount of hours for your project each month, so we prioritise tasks to make sure results are realised as quickly as possible.

Initial onsite / technical SEO
(14-40+ Days)
Thorough manual onsite / technical SEO audit. There is far too much to mention here, we check and work on a list of over 140 points, each often affecting many pages. Depending on the size of the website and its complexity this can be anywhere from a few days to a few months work.
Some of the top level things we look at include the blog, internal linking, metadata, tracking, user experience, conversion optimisation, indexation, canonicalisation, xml sitemap, URLs, robots.txt, site speed, schema, 404s, broken links, alt tags etc.

- Diversification backlink building (mixture of types / methods)
- Guest-posts and niche edits – Outreach to relevant high authority / quality all real websites requesting article placement or edit adding appropriate backlink to your website.

Reporting

To become most cost effective, SEO requires constant testing, monitoring and attention. Our objective is to show a steady improvement in quality, quantity and ROI.
We’ll be in touch on a regular basis with summaries of what we’re working on and the results we are achieving. Plus once per month you will receive a report detailing your website’s performance. Generally your first report will come in month 2 after we have started off-site promotion.
